Amir Shalem is an experienced DevOps professional, currently serving as DevOps Team Lead at develeap since September 2021, where responsibilities include creating seamless integrations and ensuring continuous delivery. Prior to this role, Amir coordinated educational programs at BIG IDEA Educational Projects from March 2020 to May 2021 and co-founded OMA, taking on the role of Head Of Operations from May 2018 to July 2020. Amir's background also includes serving as a tech leader at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. from October 2015 to April 2017, focusing on IT helpdesk operations, enhancing colleagues' technical skills, and managing overseas projects. Earlier in the career, Amir worked as an IT Technician and System Administrator at A2Z from January 2013 to April 2015, and led the Information Technology Department at Hanoar Haoved ve Halomed from January 2007 to December 2012, establishing the first IT department for a large non-profit organization.
