Olena transitioned from a role as a Customer Service Agent and Teamleader to a Recruitment Account Manager, where Olena designed and executed outreach strategies and interviewed candidates. Currently, as a Talent Researcher at Devart, Olena collaborates with the recruitment team, screens CVs, and recruits for both full-time and contract positions. With a background in finance, Olena holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
