Nicole Hoekstra is an experienced data analytics professional currently serving as the Manager of Data Analytics and Team Lead for Global Analytics at Deutsche Windtechnik since August 2020. In this role, Nicole manages a global team of seven data analysts and standardizes reporting across various international branches. Previous positions include Senior Operations Analyst and Operations Analyst, where Nicole designed and built a data warehouse, streamlined data reporting for windfarm clients, and utilized SQL for data retrieval. Nicole's earlier experience includes roles at BMC Software, where as an Associate People Analytics Specialist, analytics dashboards were developed, and HR processes were standardized. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics from Lamar University.
