Melf Lorenzen serves as the CEO of Deutsche Windtechnik Inc. since April 2013, leading an independent service provider for wind turbine technologies across Europe and North America. Prior roles include Country Manager for Spain and Sales Engineer, focusing on service contracts and spare parts for international accounts. Melf has academic experience as a lecturer in Project Management with Systems Engineering at Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn from January 2014 to March 2018. Earlier professional experience includes a trainee position at Vestas, two roles at Shell as a Project Consultant and Engineer of Process Control Systems, and an apprenticeship as an Electronic Technician in Automation Technology. Melf holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn.
