Tarun Gupta is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mobile application development, particularly in Android. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Deutsche Telekom since October 2021, Tarun is responsible for leading the Android Mobile Team to develop and scale an OTT streaming application. Prior to this role, Tarun held key positions at Airtel Payments Bank, where responsibilities included leading the Consumer Use Cases Vertical and developing solutions within the Airtel Thanks app. Previous roles include Sr. Android Developer at Clicktable Technologies LLP, Sr. Software Developer at Hindustan Wellness, and Sr. Software Engineer at Indus Valley Partners, alongside experience as an Associate Software Engineer. Tarun holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, achieved between 2008 and 2012.
