Hong-Min K. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the APAC MENA HR COO at Deutsche Bank since 2003. Prior roles at Deutsche Bank include Head of Human Resources in both Hong Kong and South Korea, as well as HR advisory roles for Global Markets and Global Transaction Banking in China. Earlier career experience includes working as an HR Officer at Standard Chartered Bank and a Graduate in HR at Shinsegae. Hong-Min K. holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Korea University and a Master's in Coaching from Sogang University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in History from Sogang University.
