Gabby Ordaz currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Deutsche Bank since October 2023. Gabby has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives, previously holding leadership roles at ALPFA, Inc as Chief Strategy Officer and having worked at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist. Prior experience includes various talent acquisition roles at Deloitte, where Gabby contributed significantly to diversity recruitment strategies and student outreach. Earlier in Gabby's career, experiences at NYU Stern School of Business involved educational technology and research, highlighting a commitment to student affairs and mentorship. Gabby received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from New York University and furthered education at NYU Prague.
