Alina Butnaru is an experienced Learning and Development Manager with a significant background in designing and deploying learning initiatives at Deutsche Bank since May 2017 and at GENPACT from June 2011 to January 2017. In these roles, Alina has managed leadership development programs impacting over 400 managers and senior managers, facilitated various learning interventions, and coordinated a team of trainers to implement knowledge management frameworks across multiple accounts. Earlier experience as an HR Manager focused on optimizing people practices, talent management, and succession planning. Alina holds a degree from the University of Bucharest and is currently pursuing further education at the Romanian Institute of Experiential Psychotherapy.
