Talea Buchwald-Schaaf currently serves as the Head of Marketing Technology & Analytics at DB since February 2020. Prior roles include Program Lead for "Servitization" and Senior Consultant at DB Systel GmbH, focusing on the development and implementation of new business models and leading interdisciplinary teams. At DB VERTRIEB GMBH, Talea was responsible for IT project management and digital journey services. Previous experience also includes roles as Senior Business Process Manager at DB Cargo AG, specializing in process optimization and IT standards, and IT Project Manager at Braingame Development GmbH. Talea holds two MBAs in International Management from EGADE Business School and ESB Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Media Production, further supplemented by various educational qualifications in languages and media communication.
