Lavdërim Shala has a background in Computer Science and Computer Engineering with a Master of Science degree from The University of Freiburg. They have held various positions in software development and IT infrastructure management, working with companies such as Deutsche Bahn, Schindler Group, and Deloitte Digital. Their experience includes designing and implementing infrastructure for AI/ML, BI/Reporting products, and Big Data projects, utilizing technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and more. In addition to their professional work, they have also been involved in teaching and research at the University of Freiburg.
