Klauspeter Martens has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at DB Systemtechnik GmbH since July 2002, overseeing IT strategy for the organization. Previous roles include leadership positions in IT usage and diagnostics, mobile applications, and project management for communication systems at DB Systemtechnik. Prior to this, Martens was the Head of Mobile Devices at TLC - Transport-, Informatik- und Logistik-Consulting GmbH, where responsibilities included leading projects for mobile technology in rail operations. Earlier career achievements include IT project leadership at Spektrum & Partner IT-Consulting and managing network infrastructure at FRANKFURT-TRUST Investment-GmbH. Martens holds a Diplom-Informatiker degree in computer science from the University of Koblenz and Landau.
