Jose Molina is the current Chief Marketing Officer at Deuna, and has previously held leadership positions at korzo, Endeavor, and Ridian. At Bitso, Jose grew the user base from 1.2 million to 5 million globally in less than a year. Jose also led market expansion in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia. Jose has closed deals with the Mexican National Football Team (Selección Nacional), Tigres, Sao Paulo Football Club, Los Grandes (top e-sports), and top celebrities across the region. Jose has also optimized CAC (lowering our acquisition up to 50%), while keeping a sharp focus on NPS and ROI. Jose is responsible for building creative, strategy and media capabilities in-house, as well as recruiting top global talent. Jose has also delivered marketing focused initiatives around Bitso +, Bitso Card, and industry partnerships to enable crypto with Rappi, Elektra, Boletomovil, SPFC, Tigres, FMF, etc. Jose designed our own production framework, which allows us to go from idea to screen in less than 16 weeks.
Jose Molina studied postgraduate degree at the University of Cambridge. After that, they pursued their MSc in Operations Management at Nottingham University Business School. Lastly, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Jose Molina reports to Roberto E. Kafati, Co-Founder. They are on a team with Arlen Alvarez Cota - Head of Finance, Gabriel Adriazola - Head of Product Strategy, and Fernando Jauregui - Head of Business Operations.
