Yavuz Doner possesses extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Project Manager and Ship Superintendent at Detyens Shipyards, Inc. since August 2017. Prior to this role, Yavuz Doner worked at Bureau Veritas from March 2004 to August 2017 as an NS Surveyor in the Ship in Service Department and as an NC Surveyor/Project Leader in the New Construction Department, conducting classification surveys and certifying various maritime products. Previous positions include Ship Repair Head Engineer at Gemak Shipbuilding & Shiprepair Co., Hull Construction Department Manager at Platinum Yachts, and Quality Control Engineer for a mega yacht project with International Marine Constructors. Early career roles involved serving as Ship Building Inspector at Atlantik Ship Management and Project Engineer at Türkter Shipyard. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and prior education at Kabataş Erkek Lisesi.
