Jacob Welch has a strong background in engineering and project management. Jacob started their career at TRW Automotive as an Engineering Co-op. In 2008, they joined the Detroit Stoker Company as a Staff Engineer and worked their way up to become the Manager of Engineering, Manager of Projects/Contracts, and finally the Director of Engineering, a position they currently hold.

Jacob Welch attended The University of Toledo from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Afterwards, they continued their education at the same institution from 2009 to 2012, obtaining an MBA degree with a focus on Business Administration.
