Desire Vincent Levy is a seasoned media and advocacy professional with extensive experience in film production and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Executive Producer of the documentary "Coldwater Kitchen" at the Detroit Free Press, Desire has previously held key roles such as Creative Director for the ACLU of Michigan's Election Protection Program and Associate Director of Communications at the same organization. Desire's career also includes positions at the Brennan Center for Justice, where focus was on digital strategies, and the Vera Institute of Justice, emphasizing cost-benefit analysis for justice reform. An alumnus of the Michigan Political Leadership Program and the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Political Theory, Gender & Women's Studies, Desire continues to enhance expertise through ongoing executive education at the University of Michigan.
