Michael Golden is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Food & Beverage at MotorCity Casino Hotel since February 2009, following a progression from Banquet Chef to Executive Chef, a position held since 2018. Prior to this, Michael worked as the Chef for Suites and Catering at Olympia Entertainment, specifically with the Detroit Red Wings, from January 2005 to February 2009. Michael's culinary education was obtained at Monroe County Community College.
