James Koerselman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and sales. Currently in a 4th Generation Management role at Demco since October 2020, James previously served as Service Manager at Okoboji Motorsports and as Territory Sales Manager at Van Beek Natural Science. In addition, James gained valuable experience as a Purchasing Intern and Sales Intern at Van Beek Natural Science, where skills in negotiation and sales techniques were developed. James also held a Marketing and Finance Intern position at Iowa State Bank, contributing to the banking process and marketing strategies targeting college students. A graduate of Northwestern College, James holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Finance.
