Aurelia H. Chen has a diverse range of work experience. Aurelia H. is currently an Incoming Business Analyst Intern at McKinsey & Company, which they will start in 2023. In 2019, they founded and served as the Executive Director of Detester Magazine, a nonprofit organization focused on social justice and youth empowerment. Aurelia led a global team of 65+ members and supervised various projects and initiatives. Aurelia H. also presented the nonprofit's work at national conventions, panels, interviews, and workshops. In 2023, they will work as an Undergraduate Researcher at Harvard Medical School. In 2022, they co-founded and served as Co-Executive Director of HCS Technology and Global Health Initiative (TGHI). Additionally, they had internships as a Software Engineer Intern at Elevance Health in 2023 and Chartmetric in 2022. Aurelia was also a Public Service Student Representative at Harvard University from 2022 to 2023. Furthermore, they held positions as the Statistics Lead and Board Member at Datamatch and as the Product Team Lead at HCS Product Lab, both from 2021 to 2023.
Aurelia H. Chen completed their high school education at Bard High School Early College from 2017 to 2021, earning a high school diploma. Aurelia H. then attended Bard College from 2019 to 2021, obtaining an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Harvard University in the fields of Computer Science, Global Health, and Health Policy, a program they are expected to complete in 2025.
