Mike Flores has extensive experience in management within the building materials industry, currently serving as the General Manager at The Detering Company since April 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held various leadership positions, including General Manager at Builders FirstSource from January 2016 to April 2023 and Area Manager at ProBuild Holdings from March 2005 to December 2015, where responsibilities included operations and sales for multiple locations in San Antonio, Texas. Earlier in the career, Mike served as General Manager at Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company and as Store Manager at Payless Cashways, both roles involving full P&L responsibility and daily operations management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University.
