Megan Nelson is an experienced professional in the tourism and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Market Manager, International at Destination Vancouver since October 2022. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at Tourism Sun Peaks from April 2013 to April 2022, including Manager of Travel Trade and roles in market development and media relations. In early 2022, Megan contributed as a Sessional Lecturer on Destination Marketing Organizations at Thompson Rivers University. Educationally, Megan holds a Bachelor of Tourism Management with a focus on Management & Entrepreneurship, as well as a Diploma in Events and Conventions Management, both from Thompson Rivers University.
