Colleen Segale possesses extensive experience in education, specializing in science and language arts instruction. Since June 2013, Colleen has served as a teacher at Destination Science, where engaging lessons and a playful atmosphere foster confidence in young campers aged 5-11. Previous roles include a long-term substitute language arts teacher at Mt. Pleasant Elementary School District, focusing on essay writing and text analysis for 8th graders, as well as positions as an earth science teacher and various substitute teaching roles. Colleen holds a Master of Education from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in English with Honors, along with a minor in Theater Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
