Tess Messmer is a seasoned professional in aviation and communications with extensive experience in partnership management and strategic communications. Currently serving as the DMO and Aviation Partnerships Manager at Destination Canada since January 2020, Tess focuses on strengthening partner relationships with destination marketing organizations and airlines to enhance global marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Tess held positions such as Senior Manager of Aviation at Destination Canada, where efforts were directed towards revitalizing air service to Canada, and Senior Communications Specialist at Vancouver Airport Authority, responsible for strategic communications and media relations. Tess began the career at Laura Ballance Media Group as an Account Coordinator, showcasing a strong foundation in managing diverse client needs.
