Kartik Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2015, they worked as a Management Intern at mSupply, where they conducted primary and secondary marketing research, handled content writing, and managed vendor resources. From 2016 to 2021, Kartik held various roles at Huawei, including Senior Executive and Executive, where they optimized order processing, managed end-to-end orders for telecom clients, and planned monthly inward deliveries. In 2021, they joined Capgemini as a Team Lead, where they managed an order management team and trained team members. In 2022, Kartik started working as a Business Manager at Destar Inc.

Kartik Gupta pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Dayalbagh Educational Institute from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from GBTU, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Kartik has obtained several certifications. These include a six sigma green belt certification from Coursera in August 2021. In August 2020, they received certifications in Lean Inventory Management, Delivering an Authentic Elevator Pitch, Inventory Management Foundations, Sales Forecasting, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
