Mike Collier serves as the Director of Information Technology at Dessert Holdings since January 2016 and has held the position of IT Director at Lawler Foods, Ltd. since May 1999. With extensive experience in IT leadership, Mike has demonstrated expertise in managing technology initiatives and fostering innovation within the organizations. Mike is an alumnus of Tarleton State University.
