Lucas Braum has been working in the tech industry since 2012. In that year, they began working as an Assistant Graphic Designer at Royal Design Estratégico. In 2014, they took on two roles: Software Developer at SAP and Java Developer at Kbase IT Solutions, where they used frameworks such as JSF, Hibernate, Primefaces, Spring, NodeJS, Twitter Bootstrap, jQuery, and other javascript libraries. In 2017, they became a Co-Founder of Deskfy.

Lucas Braum has a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Unisinos, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to this, they attended Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Sul-Rio-Grandense from 2010 to 2014, where they completed a high school integrated with technical education in Software Development. Lucas also holds several certifications, including Engineering Management from Reforge (2022), Data Engineering from How Bootcamps (2021), Agile Software Engineering Trainer at SAP from SAP (2016), Structuring presentations for results from Empower International Consultancy (2015), and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance (2016).
