Awais Malik is a Senior Technical Recruiter at Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry Company, since July 2021, where responsibilities include developing talent pipelines for senior positions, creating recruitment strategies through strong relationships with senior leaders, and managing high-volume recruitment across the US and Canada.
