Laurence Champagne is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Sharethrough since May 2021, overseeing legal, data privacy, and regulatory compliance functions with a focus on commercial and corporate affairs, employment matters, data protection and privacy, tech law, marketing, and intellectual property. Laurence provides strategic counsel to C-Suite executives and promotes best practices in legal and compliance management, while also supporting strategic transactions. Previously, Laurence held positions as Head of Legal and Compliance and Legal Counsel at district m, Export Control Specialist at MDA, and Contracts Administrator at Juriance, among other roles in various legal capacities. Laurence's educational background includes a Master in International Business Law from Université catholique de Lyon and a Master I in private law from Université Lumière Lyon 2. Currently, Laurence also serves as a Board Member at Juri Course.
