Aurélien Blond currently serves as the Team Lead for UX Design and UX Writing at Desjardins, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Aurélien worked as a User Experience Architect at CN from January 2019 to September 2021 and as a User Experience Design Specialist at Desjardins from May 2017 to December 2018. Aurélien began a career in user experience at Bell, holding a similar position from March 2014 to May 2017, and previously worked as a Human Factors Engineer at Bombardier Aerospace from November 2010 to February 2014. Aurélien holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Science from Polytechnique Montréal and an Engineer's degree in Multimedia and Information Technologies from EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique.
