Bryant Shea has extensive work experience in the field of digital marketing and technology. Bryant started their career at Molecular in 1999, where they held various roles, including Principal Consultant and Director/VP of Content Management and Mobile. At Molecular, they led projects for clients across different industries and managed a cross-disciplinary team. Bryant was also responsible for sales, marketing, and technology partnership programs.
After their time at Molecular, Bryant joined Isobar as VP of Innovation. In this role, they developed the practice mission and managed a team focused on implementing cutting-edge digital technologies. Bryant repositioned the organization as leaders in Out of Home and In-Store digital campaign creation and management, resulting in increased revenue.
Bryant then moved on to NorthPoint Digital, where they served as VP of Business Development. Bryant led a delivery team in the Boston office and was responsible for sales and marketing activities in the region. Bryant provided strategic consulting in the areas of digital marketing, content management, governance, and personalization.
Next, Bryant joined Connective DX as VP of Delivery/Managing Director. Bryant oversaw a delivery team and was responsible for delivering projects and generating revenue. Bryant also worked directly with customers' executive teams to provide strategic guidance on utilizing digital marketing platforms.
After Connective DX, Bryant joined Twin Technologies, Inc. as an Engagement Manager. Bryant provided strategic consulting in the areas of digital transformation and content management for clients. Bryant also mentored internal staff and led executive team visioning and planning sessions.
Bryant then joined Acquia as a Senior Digital Strategist and later became a Manager & Principal Strategist. In these roles, they provided strategic guidance and training to high-value retail and financial services customers. Bryant also developed and executed onboarding processes for new products and worked on partner evaluation criteria and sales initiatives.
More recently, Bryant worked at Treasure Data as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Bryant served as the primary point of contact for retail customers and provided strategic insights on leveraging the Customer Data Platform technology. Bryant also worked with customers to define high-value use cases in growth, operational efficiency, and data collection.
Currently, Bryant works at BlueConic as the Director of Customer Success.
Bryant Shea holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Bryant also has additional certifications in Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan Executive Education, and in Google Tag Manager Fundamentals and Advanced Google Analytics from Google.
