Costa Koulis began their career in 2002 as a New Business Consultant for McGrath Estate Agents. In 2004, they became the Owner of Costa Koulis. In 2006, they founded and invented Live Board. In 2014, they became an Innovation Mentor for Innovationmentor.com.au and in 2015 they became Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Designerex, the world's largest peer-to-peer designer dress sharing platform.

Costa Koulis holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, where they studied Economics & Marketing.
