Lawrence Malloy has been working in the IT field since 2012, starting as a Network Administrator intern at Projects People Intl, LLC. Lawrence then moved on to various positions such as a Help Desk Technician at L-3 Communications and currently holds the title of Field Engineer Tier 2-3 at designDATA. Lawrence is proficient in managing Exchange servers, active directory, and troubleshooting VoIP issues. Lawrence is also experienced in software installations, Mac troubleshooting, and mobile device management. Lawrence has demonstrated dedication by volunteering for specific company projects and ensuring all tickets stand alone with accurate information. Lawrence's educational background includes attending Westwood College-Arlington Ballston and Montgomery College.
