Luyu Z. is a Landscape Designer at Design Workshop since September 2021, with prior experiences including a Trees for Seattle Intern at Seattle Public Utilities and a Graduate Teaching Assistant role at the University of Washington. Luyu's work in urban forestry included developing public engagement graphics, organizing community events, and managing the Seattle Tree Walk App. Previous internships involved collaborating on landscape design projects using software like ArcGIS and Civil 3D, conducting site surveys for campus accessibility, and managing communications for various programs. Luyu holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from UC Davis.
