Claire Smith is a Design West Expert at Design West, where Claire collaborates with the development sector and decision-makers to enhance places in the South West of England. With over two decades of experience in the engineering industry, Claire has held various roles at companies such as BuroHappold Engineering, Architen Landrell, and Whitby Bird Engineers. Claire holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Bath and a Master of Studies in Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment from the University of Cambridge.
