Mauro Castro has a diverse work experience across various companies. Mauro started their career in 2013 as a Photographer at Ego Studios, where they conducted individual and group photoshoots, as well as assisted with photo editing and administrative tasks. In 2016, they worked as a Practitioner of Audiovisual Media at Mary Kay Inc. During this role, they gained experience in media production. Mauro then joined Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they held multiple roles including Marketing Automation Intern, Student, and Campus Ambassador from 2013 to 2018. Mauro also worked as a Junior Producer at HEB México from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Design Pickle since 2019, where they have assumed various positions, including Graphic Designer, Team Leader, and currently as an Art Director. In their current role, they supervise quality and provides coaching to a team of Graphic Designers and Presentation Designers, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity. Additionally, Mauro has also worked as a Freelancer since 2012, specializing in digital artistry.

Mauro Castro completed a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a High School diploma at Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán from 2009 to 2012.
