Charlene Dasalla has extensive work experience in the field of graphic design and creative direction. Charlene began their career at Burnwater Design Studios in 2016 as a Graphic Designer. In 2017, they joined TaskUs as a Creative Services Specialist. Charlene then moved on to FreshStock in 2019, where they initially worked as a Graphic Designer before being promoted to Junior Art Director. In 2020, Dasalla joined Videolab Manila as an Art Director. Charlene also concurrently worked at Design Pickle since 2020, first as a Creative Director and later as the Creative Marketing Director.

Charlene Dasalla attended CIIT College of Arts & Technology from 2012 to 2016 where they studied Multimedia Arts and Computer Graphics Design. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts and Sciences at Mapúa University from 2011 to 2012.
