Carolin Frintrop is an experienced professional in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Project Manager Operations at Design Offices since November 2019. Previously, Carolin held the role of Chief People Officer and took parental leave. Between May 2017 and October 2019, Carolin was the Head of HR Germany at Valeo Siemens eAutomotive. Earlier career experiences include serving as HR Business Partner and Team Leader at Primetals Technologies from March 2013 to April 2017, and in various HR roles at Siemens from January 2006 to February 2013. Carolin's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Organisations- und Personalentwicklung from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Diplom Betriebswirtin (FH) in Personal and Wirtschaftsinformatik from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm.
