FLSA Status:Â Non- Exempt, eligible for OT
Wage Range: $25.00 - $45.00/hourly (Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Salary may be adjusted depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate)

Overview:
The Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Technician ensures the Safety of those we work with and around, the Quality of the services we provide, and the realization of our Profitability goals as they specifically relate to our Service Department. The Commercial Project Technician is responsible for the Installation, Start-up, and Overhauls of HVAC, and Boiler systems utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding/brazing, and mechanical layouts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Safety management to ensure ZERO INCIDENTS within all areas of the company.
Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values individually and departmentally.
Performs Installation, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC and Boiler systems
Uses a variety of hand tools, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
Prepares for on-site jobs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service manuals, scheduling, and completing repairs and maintenance service
Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
Keeps current all manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
Provides technical support to customers
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
Requirements:
3+ years commercial HVAC/Plumbing Install experience
Valid driver's license and clean MVR
EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification preferred (Not required)
Can successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical ensuring you can perform the duties of the job
