Carlo Lindo is an experienced program manager currently with the Watson Foundation since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director of College and Career Readiness at Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation from September 2021 to September 2022, and as Advising Dean & Posse Program Manager at Cornell University from January 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities included academic advising for students in the College of Arts & Sciences. Carlo also worked as an Inclusive Learning Consultant for UNSILOED in 2021, focusing on equity initiatives, and as a Senior Trainer and Facilitator for The Posse Foundation from August 2010 to December 2015, where recruitment and support for high school students were primary tasks. Earlier roles included serving as a Resident Technical Associate at Babson College from January 2006 to May 2009. Carlo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Babson College.
