Xuan Shu is an accomplished industrial design professional with extensive experience in leading design projects and strategies. Currently serving as Partner and Industrial Design Lead at Design Committee since August 2022, Xuan previously held the position of Design Consultant and Creative Director at Palm, managing the 2023 product roadmap and industrial design efforts. With a strong background as Creative Director at Palm from January 2018 to February 2022, Xuan led diverse design projects while reporting to co-founders Howard Nuk and Dennis Miloseski. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Industrial Designer at Smartisan, where collaboration with CEO Yonghao Luo shaped the company's flagship smartphone line, and as a Senior Industrial Designer at Ammunition, contributing to various consumer product designs. Xuan holds a Master of Fine Art in Industrial Design from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
