Fitriyawand has a diverse work experience in various design roles. Starting in 2014, they founded Runsell Studio, which they still continue to be a part of. In 2018, Fitriyawand worked as a Graphic Designer at Design Bundles. In 2019, they founded Fype Co and also joined Kittl as a Graphic & Type Designer. Most recently, in 2020, Fitriyawand became a Co-Founder of Barudak Visual.

Fitriyawand obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Teacher Education from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
