Vladimir Obrizan, PhD, is an accomplished director at Design and Test Lab since October 2009, overseeing development services for iPhone, iPad, and Android applications, with a focus on server-based backend solutions utilizing AWS and Google App Engine. In addition to current roles as a business analyst and director at the 1st Institute of Reliable Software and KNURE, respectively, Vladimir has extensive teaching experience, delivering courses on software development and cloud services. Vladimir has organized the IEEE East-West Design & Test Symposium, managed projects at INTSPEI, and has contributed to infrastructure engineering and manual testing earlier in the career. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics and currently pursuing education at ABIS Business School, Vladimir also actively participates in community initiatives as a lecturer at various programming clubs.
