Allison Worthington is an experienced professional with a strong background in change management and learning development, currently serving as Director of Change Management and Director of Learning and Development at Desert Financial Credit Union since September 2013. Prior to this, Allison held multiple positions including Manager of Learning and Development and HR Business Partner at the same organization. Previous experience includes roles at Arizona State Credit Union from October 2007 to September 2013, where Allison advanced from Assistant Education and Learning Manager to Trainer/Sr. Trainer.
