Matias Li-Pino has a strong background in quality assurance and software engineering. Matias is currently working as a Quality Assurance Lead at Descartes Systems Group since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineering Fellow at Springboard from February 2023 to December 2023. Matias served as a QA Manager / Lead at Luxoft from March 2020 to February 2023. Other previous roles include Senior QA Engineer positions at Leafly from October 2019 to March 2020, CBRE from March 2018 to October 2019, and Luxoft Smashing Ideas from March 2016 to March 2018. Matias Li-Pino also has experience as a QA Lead at AIM Consulting Group, where they worked with Puget Sound Energy (PSE) from November 2015 to March 2016, as well as Senior QA Engineer roles at Costco from February 2015 to November 2015 and Starbucks from March 2014 to February 2015. Before that, they worked as a Senior/Lead QA at Deloitte Digital from March 2011 to March 2014 and as a System Verification Tester Engineer at IBM from July 2007 to February 2009.

Matias Li-Pino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington. In 2023, they completed a bootcamp in Computer Software Engineering at Springboard. Matias also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington. Furthermore, Matias holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Colorado State University.
