Ronnie Wells, M.S., currently serves as the Annual Fund Manager at Des Moines Performing Arts, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ronnie was with On With Life from July 2020 to July 2024, holding titles of Development Specialist and Development Coordinator. At the Science Center of Iowa, Ronnie worked as Campaign & Special Initiative Manager, Community Engagement Manager, and Facility Rental Manager from July 2016 to July 2020. Early career experiences include managing events and exhibits at Fontenelle Forest (April 2013 - April 2016) and serving as Properties Master at Rose Theater (August 2010 - April 2013). Ronnie holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Fundraising & Philanthropy from Bay Path University and possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from the University of Northern Iowa, along with an Associate of Arts in Theatre and Performing Arts from Indian Hills Community College.
