Ally Cui started their work experience as a Sales representative at Delta Faucet Company in 1999. Ally then moved on to work as a Distribution Development Manager at SKF from December 2006 to August 2015, where they were responsible for creating and managing the distributor network. From October 2015 to December 2018, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Ñ©·ðÁú, where they led and developed marketing plans and strategies. Currently, they hold the position of China Sales Director at Des-Case Corporation, starting from February 2021.

Ally Cui attended Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Economics Management. Later, from 2000 to 2003, Ally Cui pursued a bachelor's degree in English at Beijing Foreign Studies University.
