Matt Faircloth is the owner of The DeRosa Group, a position held since January 2006, where responsibilities include developing the company's vision, managing employee performance, and fostering relationships with property investors and lenders while overseeing the property management team and new asset selection. Prior to this role, Matt Faircloth worked as a Sales Engineer at Ingersoll-Rand from May 1998 to December 2005, focusing on selling industrial machinery and compressed air equipment in the Delaware Valley. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business from Virginia Tech, a Curriculum for Living from Landmark Education, and Real Estate Sales studies at the Community College of Philadelphia.
