Michael R. Coad, MBA has a diverse work experience. Michael R. began their career as an Admissions Counselor at Canisius College in 2011. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Associate and Experienced Associate. In 2014, they were also a MBA Fellow at Villanova University, where they assisted faculty with research activities. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at GSK as part of their Complementary Workforce Programme, where they managed the Program Project Plan and Strategic Roadmap. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Fidato Partners, LLC as a Senior Associate. Currently, they are an Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Program Finance Manager at DermBiont, Inc.

Michael R. Coad has an extensive education history. Michael R. obtained their Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Canisius College between 2007 and 2011. Michael R. then went on to study abroad at London Metropolitan University in 2009. In 2013, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Strategic Management, and International Business from Villanova University. In addition to their degrees, Michael has obtained several certifications, including an IT Project Management certification from the University of Washington in May 2020, a Data Analysis: Essential Skills certification from Microsoft in November 2019, and a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in November 2019.
