Shelly Watts has over twelve years of experience in sales and brand advocacy. Shelly began their career in 2007 as a Regional Sales Director for Lancôme in the Northwest. In 2018, they joined L'Oréal as Field Sales Vice President, Brand Advocacy and Specialty Retail (National) for Clarisonic. In this role, they lead sell-through Nationally for Ulta, Sephora, and the professional channel, and directly managed six Brand Advocacy and Sales Managers. Shelly also supervised a $1M+ annual budget and worked with the Clarisonic PR team to develop and implement a robust opinion leader/influencer strategy. Shelly achieved a number of key accomplishments in this role, including securing 50+ key opinion leaders, improving retail channel sales performance by 25%, and driving a 5% increase in average unit sales within the first 6 months of 2018. In 2019, Shelly Watts joined DERMAFLASH as Vice President of Sales.
Shelly Watts is currently enrolled in the Digital Marketing Institute, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Shelly previously obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from City University of Seattle, and an Associate's degree from Hesser College, both in Business Administration and Management, General.
