Taralynn Baeza has been working in the beauty industry since 2004 when they began as a Make-Up Artist at Modern Faces Artistry. In 2008, they became a Licensed Esthetician at Skin Deep. In 2012, Taralynn began working as a Licensed Esthetician at Parlour salon, as well as a Regional Trainer, Sales & Artist at Stila Cosmetics. In 2013, they became a Regional Sales Representative for DERMAdoctor, Inc. and in 2015, they began working as an Account Manager for Benefit Cosmetics. Since 2016, Taralynn has been the CEO of Birds of Prey Artistry & Wellnes, LLC.

Taralynn Baeza obtained a Licentiate degree in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General from Golden West College between 2007 and 2008. Taralynn also holds a certification from Dermalogica.
