Melinda Salvoza is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and personal care industry. Currently serving as Brand Director at DERMA E since February 2017, Melinda previously held key roles at JAFRA Cosmetics International, where success included managing a $300M global portfolio and spearheading the JAFRA Blends Fragrance Collection launch. Prior positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Coty, Colgate Palmolive, and L'Oréal contributed to a rich background in global marketing management, product development, and brand strategy. Melinda holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Bucknell University.
